Welcome to Spooksy Print Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website https://www.spooksy.com.au and any purchases made through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Products & Services
Spooksy Print Studio sells:
- Original, hand-drawn designs printed on clothing, bags, and other items
- LCD drawing tablets and other kids’ products
- Custom embroidered products (based on customer-provided names/details)
All items are designed and shipped from Australia, and at this time, we only accept orders within Australia.
2. Custom Orders
For products that are customised (e.g., embroidery or personalised prints):
You are responsible for ensuring that all names, spelling, and customisation details are correct at the time of purchase.
Once details are confirmed, and production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
We do not accept returns or refunds on customised items unless the product is faulty or arrives damaged (see Section 5).
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and third-party payment services such as PayPal or Stripe.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment is not successfully processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship only within Australia.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Once dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party couriers and we cannot guarantee exact timeframes.
Spooksy Print Studio is not responsible for delays or losses caused by Australia Post or courier services.
5. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items
Please refer to our returns policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, product images, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Spooksy Print Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Purchasing a product does not grant you the right to reproduce or resell the design or artwork in any form.
7. User Content & Conduct
Any content you submit (e.g. customisation requests, reviews, or messages) must not infringe on the rights of others or contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate language.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any content we deem unsuitable, especially for family-friendly products.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or making a purchase, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of South Australia.
