At Spooksy I want you to love your goodies as much as I loved creating them, however if you’re not 100% in love with your purchase, we will accept a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase (sale and customised items excluded).

Make sure you include your name and order number with your email, and reason for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and also in the original packaging.
You will receive return details within 24 hours of contact.
Please note, we do not offer a refund or exchange on sale or customised products (unless determined as damaged or faulty).
REFUNDS
Once we have received your returned items, they will be inspected. You will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and then will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Processing time will depend on your payment method. Please allow time for this to be refunded back to your credit or debit card, as some banks take longer to process.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, or another product on the website, you will receive instructions on how to do so when emailing us. Return shipping costs for the exchanged item/s will be covered by the customer for any change of mind returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged or faulty, and you need to exchange it for the same item, you will be sent a return shipping label to send back to Spooksy HQ for assessment. Please return the item/s in the same packaging you received them.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are deemed a FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or refunded. Sale items are defined as any item with a 20% off or more discount, or any order that uses a discount code of 20% or more, including storewide sales.
RETURN SHIPPING
The customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs, unless item is found to be incorrectly sent, damaged, or faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will offer to send a printable shipping label for returns at the customer's expense, which includes standard tracking and insurance with Australia Post. If customer chooses to return the item using their own shipping method, we encourage using a service that includes tracking and insurance.
FAULTY ITEMS
Damaged or faulty items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. You will need to send photographs of the affected item/s before a return shipping label is sent to return them. The Item/s will be inspected at Spooksy HQ, and if deemed damaged or faulty, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. If the items aren’t deemed damaged or faulty, you will receive a refund for the item/s less the return shipping cost.
We can only accept returns, refunds or exchanges from the original purchaser.
